Welcome to Ezylyfe Solutions. By accessing our website, subscribing to our SaaS platform, or using any of our services (IT consulting, custom software development, business automation), you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. About Our Services
Ezylyfe Solutions provides business automation tools, IT consulting, custom software development, and related digital services. We operate as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) provider and IT services company based in India, serving clients globally.
2. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You must be at least 18 years old or have authorization from your organization to create an account.
- One person or entity may not maintain more than one active account.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account.
3. Subscriptions & Billing
- Subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the plan selected.
- Payments are processed securely through Cashfree Payments. Accepted methods include UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and wallets.
- Prices are listed in USD or INR and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days advance notice. Price changes do not affect active subscription periods.
- Failed payments may result in service suspension after a 7-day grace period.
4. Service Level Agreement (SLA)
We commit to a 99.9% uptime SLA for our SaaS platform. Scheduled maintenance windows are communicated at least 48 hours in advance and are excluded from uptime calculations. Service credits are available for qualifying outages as described in our Refund Policy.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use our services for any unlawful purpose or to violate any laws.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from our platform.
- Resell, sublicense, or redistribute our services without written authorization.
- Upload malicious code, viruses, or attempt to compromise system security.
- Use our platform to store or transmit content that infringes intellectual property rights.
- Exceed reasonable usage limits or engage in abusive API consumption.
- Impersonate another person or entity.
6. Intellectual Property
- The Ezylyfe Solutions platform, brand, logo, design, and underlying technology are our intellectual property.
- Your data is yours. You retain full ownership of all data you upload or create on our platform.
- Custom software developed for clients is governed by the specific project agreement (typically work-for-hire, with IP transferring to the client upon full payment).
7. Data & Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your data with enterprise-grade security measures.
8. Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellation and refund terms are detailed in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
9. Limitation of Liability
- Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.
- We are not responsible for failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure).
10. Third-Party Services
- Cashfree Payments: Processes all payments. Subject to Cashfree's terms and privacy policy.
- Cloud providers: We use industry-standard cloud infrastructure for hosting.
- Integrations with third-party tools (APIs, webhooks) are subject to those services' respective terms.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to pay for services. Upon termination, you may request an export of your data within 30 days.
12. Modifications
We may update these terms periodically. Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-platform notification at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India. For international clients, we will first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation.
