Shipping & Delivery
Ezylyfe Solutions delivers across India. We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.
- Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
- Standard delivery takes 5–7 business days depending on your location.
- Shipping charges, if any, will be communicated to you before payment.
- Free shipping is available on orders above ₹2,000.
- You will receive a tracking ID via WhatsApp/email once your order is shipped.
- We currently ship only within India. International shipping is not available at this time.
Note: Delivery timelines may vary during festivals, sales events, or due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather or courier delays. We will keep you informed of any delays.
Returns & Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Eligibility for Returns
- You may request a return within 48 hours of delivery if the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
- Contact us via WhatsApp at +91 79760 04187 or email at contact@nbb.ai with your order details and photos of the issue.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items purchased during clearance or flash sales (unless defective).
- Customized or altered products.
- Innerwear, swimwear, and accessories (for hygiene reasons).
- Items without original tags or packaging.
Refund Process
- Once your return request is approved, we will arrange for pickup or provide return shipping instructions.
- After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will initiate the refund.
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method (UPI, bank account, card, etc.).
- You will receive a confirmation via WhatsApp/email once the refund is processed.
Exchanges: We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or product, please return the original item and place a new order.
Cancellation Policy
We understand plans change. Here's how cancellations work:
- Before dispatch: Orders can be cancelled for a full refund. Contact us via WhatsApp or email as soon as possible.
- After dispatch: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may return it under our return policy once delivered.
- Refunds for cancelled orders are processed within 3–5 business days.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged or wrong item:
- Do not use or wash the item.
- Take clear photos of the product and packaging.
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and photos.
- We will arrange a free return pickup and send you a replacement or process a full refund — your choice.
