We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Eligibility for Returns

Non-Returnable Items

Refund Process

  1. Once your return request is approved, we will arrange for pickup or provide return shipping instructions.
  2. After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will initiate the refund.
  3. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method (UPI, bank account, card, etc.).
  4. You will receive a confirmation via WhatsApp/email once the refund is processed.

Exchanges: We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or product, please return the original item and place a new order.

Cancellation Policy

We understand plans change. Here's how cancellations work:

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or wrong item:

  1. Do not use or wash the item.
  2. Take clear photos of the product and packaging.
  3. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details and photos.
  4. We will arrange a free return pickup and send you a replacement or process a full refund — your choice.
