Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your Ezylyfe Solutions subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting our support team.
- Monthly plans: Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. You retain access until then.
- Annual plans: You may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the paid annual period.
- No cancellation fees or penalties are charged.
Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied with our services. Our refund terms are as follows:
- Monthly subscriptions: We offer a full refund if you request cancellation within 7 days of your first payment (new subscribers only).
- Annual subscriptions: A pro-rated refund is available if you cancel within 30 days of purchase.
- Custom development projects: Refunds for consulting and custom software depend on the project stage and deliverables completed. Terms are outlined in the project agreement.
- One-time service payments: Refundable within 48 hours if work has not commenced.
Note: Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method. Payment processing fees (if any) charged by third-party gateways are non-refundable.
How to Request a Refund

- Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours.
- Once approved, the refund will be initiated and credited within 5–7 business days.
Service Credits
If you experience downtime or service interruptions beyond our 99.9% uptime SLA, you may be eligible for service credits. Credits are applied to your next billing cycle and are calculated based on the duration and impact of the outage.
Non-Refundable Items
- Domain registration or third-party licenses purchased on your behalf.
- Setup fees for custom integrations (once work has begun).
- Subscriptions past the refund eligibility window.
Modifications & Downgrades
You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades are billed immediately (pro-rated). Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
